Suzuki completed the revamping of the sport utility ATV lineup with the launch of the 09 – 2010 Suzuki King Quad Models – 400, 450, 500, 750Series. The smallest of the King Quads gets its design from the Eiger, the earlier 400cc sports utility model. The King Quads are available in both semi automatic five speed as well as the fully automatic transmission versions.The 400 comes with an air cooled 4 stroke engine that has a four valve cylinder. The fuel and air delivery is handled by a 32mm carburetor. The power plant is kept cool by an oil cooler that rests just under the front body. The motor starts running with the help of an electric start and a recoil starter helps things along if the battery goes dead.
The 09 – 2010 Suzuki King Quad Models – 400, 450, 500, and 750 have the distinctive Suzuki headlights and a grill on the front. However, it does not have headlights on its handlebars. The look is industrial, fresh and edgy, which is nothing to complain about at all.

The machines have powerful pick up and are performers on all terrains. The front suspension performs very well and the dual shock rear suspension is a real advantage.
Full size steel racks are provided both at the front and at the back. The engine is compact and this allows room for storage under the seat. The overall layout is clean and impressive.
The 722 cc engines have a lot of the technology that came from race bikes. It has the trademark SCEM that provides improved heat transfer and a piston clearance that is much tighter. There is a compact 4 valve cylinder that features 36mm intake valves. The straight intake ports also make cylinder charging very efficient.
